International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium (IGARSS) is an IEEE symposium and is held annually. Its immediate parent is the Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society (GRSS) which itself is a division of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, the world’s largest professional society with 400,000 members.
