One of the diamond highlights at Jovella 2010 was the unveiling of a pair of diamond earrings by Pekard Diamonds which feature a most unusual design – one that resembles the Mercedes logo. The diamonds originated from a single 20 carat V-shaped stone discovered in Africa.
The diamond was polished in the Pekard diamond factory, where the company has been manufacturing diamonds for three decades. The earrings were designed by Sigal Shohat and the center diamond weighs 1.01 carats. Surrounding the centerpiece are 1.7 carats of diamonds set in 18 karat white gold. The earrings are valued at $15,000.
