The Israeli Ministry of Transport And Road Safety , Cross Israel Highway Ltd and the Ministry of Finance Hereby Invites Entities and consortia from the private sector in Israel and abroad, to participate in a pre-qualification process of a BOT tender for the design, finance, construction, operation and maintenance of Cross Israel Northern Highway “Yokneam-Somech” with toll sections for a period of up to 30 years.
