The AICC together with the Australia Industry Group recently sponsored Jon Medved, a leading Israeli entrepreneur to come to Australia.
Jon presented at the AIG Forum in Canberra alongside Tony Abbot and Julia Gillard, he also addressed senior execs at Optus, Salmat, Investec, UTS and AGSM (UNSW) as well as Central Synagogue’s young adults forum.
He is currently speaking at a boardroom lunch for the Chamber in Adelaide and will continue later today to Melbourne, where he is scheduled to meet with senior execs at Telstra, the local Minister for Technology, the Australia-Israel Scientific Exchange Foundation, speak at a Chamber YBF lunch, and provide the keynote speech at a JNF event, honouring our very own Leon Kempler. Finally, he will continue to Perth, where he is due to address a Chamber breakfast.
He also had a very productive meeting with Minister Bill Shorten (who has expressed interest to lead a trade mission), and with Kim Carr’s Chief of Staff.
