Tech Shield | Sarona Ventures

TechShield is a Reverse-Fund initiative, investing in excellent VC-backed Israeli tech companies impacted by the current situation in Israel. Launched by esteemed Israeli and American VC funds, TechShield is allowing investors to join existing financing rounds of revenue-generating companies alongside notable VCs, extending the runway of the selected companies to 12-18 months.

As a Reverse-Fund initiative, TechShield is first selecting the companies and then opens the fund up for the selected investors. Providing our investors with full transparency and confidence as to exactly where their investment is going, along with solid business and financial data of the elected portfolio companies.

TechShield was initiated by the US-Israel Family Office and VC Fund Sarona Ventures, who previously backed companies such as Deel ($12B), Notion ($10B), Ramp ($8.1B), ClickHouse ($2B), and CoinTracker ($1.3B).

TechShield’s first Reverse-Fund is going live this week with 7 highly regarded companies.

  • Startups Stage: Post-Seed and Post-A; Annual Revenue (recurring) $200K-$3.5M
