Dotz Nano has appointed Nati Harpaz as CEO, effective 31 May 2026, replacing Sharon Malka, who is stepping down for personal reasons after three years in the role. Malka will remain involved with the company as a Non-Executive Director.
The leadership transition comes as Dotz advances its DotzEarth carbon capture sorbent technology from technical validation toward commercial deployment.
The company says the technology has now been validated by more than 15 industrial end users and has secured paid customer evaluations, a first commercial purchase order from Volkswagen Innovation, and strategic partnerships with CarbonCapture Inc. and Hengst SE.
Incoming CEO Nati Harpaz is an existing shareholder and brings experience scaling technology businesses across deep tech, fintech, e-commerce, and B2B sectors.
He previously served as CEO of Catch, overseeing the company through its acquisition by Wesfarmers, and has since focused on startup investments and growth strategy.

Dotz said Harpaz is already working with the company ahead of formally taking over leadership later this month, with a focus on commercial execution and partnership development.
Alongside the CEO change, Dotz also announced board restructuring measures. Kerry Harpaz has resigned from the board to avoid potential conflicts of interest, while director Mitchell Board has also stepped down as part of efforts to streamline governance.
The company said the refreshed leadership team is intended to support Dotz’s next phase of growth as it works to commercialize its carbon capture technology platform.
